JaniceThe music varies in styles, but all are catchy tunes. The songs do not go too fast, so the children are able to hear the pronunciations of the different countries. I believe you can find portions of some of these songs on you tube. My kids are still able to hear a country's name on the news and start up the song that goes with that region of the mentioned country! I think you will find yourself catching onto the songs as well :) I highly recommend this for a lifetime of geography knowledge!
Melissa DIt just depends on how you want to do it. I prefer that my two students have their own nooks and CD. (Each responsible for not losing them). Your students could take turns with just one book or study and listen together if you want to save money. My daughter likes having her own book and CD to keep with her other books. These cds are great!
