Equipped with a soft cover Active Journal to document your students’ progress through the course and online capabilities for further instruction. These thorough textbooks easily provide a year’s History studies and work ELA skills, critical thinking skills, vocabulary, and citizenship. All textbooks include a wealth of primary sources, images, and comprehension questions.
Online resources include student resources, assessments, and e-texts in Spanish. Teacher resources are only available on the digital platform and include a wealth of helpful resources including a full teacher guide with lesson plan summaries; editable student worksheets and chapter tests; hands-on activities; and other general resources such as graphic organizers, maps, and correlations to national standards. Answers are found in the Teacher Edition e-text or more conveniently under each chapter or topic section. Students do not have access to answers. The online platform functions as a teacher and student portal. Parents will set up the account and then, as teacher, they will oversee assigning the students work to access from the student’s portal. This gives you the flexibility to assign as little or as much as you desire.
