Teach & Learn Spanish in July (Book & CD)

This monthly unit comes in a spiral bound book format with an attached CD. The Teach & Learn Spanish in July book and CD are part of the year-long Teach & Learn Spanish curriculum. The July book is 100 pages long and includes 16
activities and 14 CD tracks. Highlights from the July lesson include going on a 4th of July parade in your classroom. You'll teach the song, B.I.N.G.O. which kids love and it serves as the perfect warm-up for learning the Spanish alphabet and spelling activities. The July lesson wouldn't be complete without playing Bingo or as it's called in Spanish; "Lotera!" Time to get up and stretch! In July you'll teach your class the exercises walk, run, raise your hand, put your hand down and stop. While on a pretend picnic you'll learn to politely ask for food such as a hamburger, a hot dog, ice-cream, corn on the cob, juice and water.

With the audio CD and activities, lessons will take between 15 and 30 minutes. Once a week is sufficient, but the more repetition the better for students’ retention (2-3 times per week is ideal). An easy-to-follow lesson plan pulls it all together. Perfect for a group or co-op, enrichment class, or even the classroom. Homeschooling parents will love the pre-planned organization and ease of presentation as well.
