Learning Language Arts Through Literature Tan Teacher Book (3rd Edition)
The Teacher Book provides all necessary background and instructional information; laid out step-by-step for the teacher. This contains all the content from the Student Book in 2/3 page width columns placed side-by-side in the center of the book (two-page spread). These inside columns sometimes contain information not found in the Student Book such as the introduction and background information for the book studies. The outside 1/3 page contain teachers notes as well as all the answers.
6th grade students mature in their language arts skills through 36 lessons. Passages from great literature encourage the reading of timeless classics. Dictation encourages expressive, creative writing. The updated third edition is even easier to use with new lessons that will introduce your student to additional classic literature. I have used this curriculum for many years with many children and have never been disappointed. I love literature and this is a great way to teach English to any age.
Looking for a combine curriculum. Have not tried I have not tried it out, but watched a very interesting YouTube walking through it by Oikos.
I have been very happy with the other levels of Learning Language Arts through Literature that I have purchased.
To guide me through teaching my child the program
