We were really excited to find puzzles for Christmas that were made of wood and string. The only problem is that these are impossible to solve without the directions. The suggested age of 8+ is dubious at best. On Christmas day Grandpa followed the directions to remove the light colored ball and now no one (even with the directions) is able to reassemble the puzzle. Emailing the company did not result in a response. If someone would post a Youtube on how to solve and reassemble the puzzle they would be my hero for life! Ed. note: we have contacted the supplier with this customer's concerns.
