You probably already know that logic blocks, or attribute blocks, have a lot of uses, but if you’re serious about extending the use of your logic blocks into a wider number of activities, you may want to check out this resource. This binder includes a wide number of big, bold activity cards divided into five areas including classification, sets, logic, tiling (positions and building), and 2-D (geometry). Each section of activity cards is preceded by a chart which lists the objectives, strategies, materials, and notes for each activity card in that section. The teaching suggestions are designed with the classroom teacher in mind, but they may also be helpful to homeschool parents. The cards themselves are pretty self-explanatory, and much of the teaching could be done directly from the card. Activities are pretty varied, with some focusing on basic concepts (like classification) by using objects found in a purse rather than logic blocks. Another example is a card from the logic section that challenges students to make a big triangle out of four triangle blocks and then turn it directionally by moving only two blocks. Some cards also expect a particular “mat” to be used; in this case I would recommend a small dry-erase board where you could draw a chart the student could work on. 120 pages. – Jess
