The board books have thick pages with indented letters you can trace with your finger. Facing pages have dotted letters/ numbers to write over with the marker (included) and space to write them on your own. Colorful illustrations are fingerprint-style and easily recognizable (apple/boat/cat/dog/etc.) Each letter is shown in capital and lower case. The marker stores right on the book in a cut-out groove at the top. The finger tracing element is very cool for a tactile learner. Board book measures 9.75" square and has 14 pages.
